At Hill’s, we’re dedicated to making foods your pet will love and stand behind our products as well as the quality controls throughout our authorized sales channels. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply return it to the place of purchase for your money back. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Hill’s product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers and are not able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller, please contact Hill’s directly to request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Hill’s Pet Nutrition 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To make a claim under the Guarantee, please contact the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product. If you are unable to return your product to that seller, call one of our experts at 1-800-445-5777 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail the unused portion of your Hill’s product, a proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number as stated in the approval. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
Hill’s reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the Hill’s Pet Nutrition 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
