Pretty good overall, Indoor Adult Cat I switched to Hill's Indoor 4 yrs ago when I got my 2nd cat Zorro, who has some health issues & could not tolerate most other foods. He has had no stomach problems since he started on it! My 1st cat Saki loved it from the start, my 3rd cat D*Wade who I got as a kitten, ignored his kitten food to eat the Hill's Indoor! All 3 cats, have great appetites, and are healthy & energetic with beautiful shiny coats. My only beef with the food is the pointed shape. Sometimes my Zorro gets bad gingivitis & it hurts him to eat when the points touch his gums. May 16, 2012
This is for the indoor cat food My 2 cats, Lilly and Max love their Hill's cat food. Since I bought another brand before I got the cats, I have a whole bag of it. I've been mixing the two brands together, but they prefer the Hill's over the other, as they scramble to eat the Hill's first and leave the other brand till later when they have nothing else to eat but that. Their coats are very shiny and they are very healthy, because of the Hill's. Its like dessert to them. When the other is gone, I will be using just Hill's. May 16, 2012
Our cats are beautiful and healthy! We have two indoor cats, litter-mates, aged 3 years. They have been on Science Diet since we got them as kittens and are the most beautiful cats I've ever seen. Healthy, luxurious coats, trim bodies, healthy eyes. The indoor formula works for us since they spend 90% of their time inside. May 16, 2012
Finicky cats finally caved......... My two cats finally took the step up to adult food when they became 1 year old. First they went on a hunger strike for two weeks. I started giving them some soft food and they started eating it once they figured out hoe to eat it. They always had dry kitten food. It took about two weeks for them to start eating the adult dry food. Now they have a 1/2 a can of wet food in the morning and munch on the dry adult food during the day. I think I finally have their diet under control. They like all the wet food adult flavors except the beef. They absolutely will not eat the beef. October 3, 2014
The best cat food. We originally tried this particular food for our cat because everything we fed her made her feces smell so bad you couldn't stand to be in the same room with her. After about a week of her eating this, not only has the smell disappeared, but she potty's less. After using this food for over a year the smell is still gone & she does NOT hack hairballs or shed & we do not give her hairball supplements. Also one more thing, she let us know that this is all she wants to eat. She accidentally got locked in a spare bedroom recently while we were away for a weekend with no food or water & when we got home she refused to eat an off brand food, one that I loaded her up with for 3 days until I could get to a feed store 30 miles away to replace her Science Diet. We might pay $40.00 for a 15lb bag, but that bag last 4 months. Well worth it. July 23, 2014
my 3 cats love their dry food. After a recall on the food they use to eat I switched them to Science Diet and they love it. they come running when I get the bag out of the closet. Their coats are all nice and shiny and they are all in great health. June 16, 2014
Best Food I've Ever Fed My 6 Cats! We were reluctant to switch from the premium food we'd been feeding, but we're really glad we gave Hill's Science Diet Adult Indoor food a try. We have six indoor cats, age 2 years to fourteen, who are not fed separately, so we need a food that will provide excellent nutrition for cats at many different life stages. We were most concerned for Dopey, our most senior cat, and the one with a tendency to develop urinary blockages. All the cats have done extremely well on the adult indoor, but we've been amazed at the transformation Dopey has undergone! He had stopped jumping up into his favorite hidey-hole some years ago due to what we assumed to be the mild arthritis typical of senior cats. But just two months into his new feeding regimen Dopey was back to making the high jump again... amazing! His coat and eyes are shiny and clear--basically the cat looks half his age! We feed our herd twice daily, and all six cats have good body condition scores, ranging from about 2.75/5 to 3.25/5 (some kitties just want to eat more than others--what can you do?) And we have had zero health issues since switching to Hill's. Adult indoor has proven to be an excellent choice for our broad age range of cats and we highly recommend it! May 17, 2012
High quality, great value, my cat loves the taste I just adopted a 1 year old male cat six months ago after I had to put asleep my 11 year old male cat who had cancer. My first cat used to block and was on the CD special diet food for several years and Vet blood work and tests, showed without a doubt the CD diet was working for him. In fact my vet said his urine strength, output etc. was above average! Soon as I got my new cat, I put him on Science Diet since it's a brand I completely trust based on past experience. My cat enjoys his food dry and wet from Science Diet, based on the empty bowl. He is healthy, has a nice coat, so far no hairballs, no illness. I also like that this food has alot less fat calories than any other brands I have seen in the stores, which is so important with him being an indoor cat. The food also works great to reduce his stool odor to. I totally recommend this food and also would like to mention that he loves the Hills TD food to - which is given to him as a treat to keep his teeth strong, healthy and clean. Of course he has no idea its regular food! My Vet recommends giving the TD as a treat food for pets that do not need to be on it as an everyday food May 19, 2012
