At VetMed Online, Inc. ("VetMed") your privacy is important to us. The Information We Collect Online
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on VetMed Online Inc.'s VetMedCenter Web site. The types of information collected at these pages will vary depending upon your use of our site.
You can browse the launch and general information pages of our site without entering any personal identifying information and therefore remain individually anonymous during your visit. The only user information that we gather from all site visits is general, non-identifying information, such as domain name, service provider, type of operating system/browser and pages accessed. The types of veterinary professional information that we collect with registration will include your name, state of license, license number, phone number, best time to call (for confirmation and verification of your registration), email address, and if applicable your company, employer, position, the school you are attending and student I.D. number.
In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our Web site content and services, we may also ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experience with our Web site, contact preferences, or other information.
How We Use the Information Collected
VetMed uses your information to better understand your interests and to provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to communicate back to you, to update you on the materials available on our Web site and to personalize your Web site visit.
Access to certain of VetMed's Web pages requires a login and password. The use of those Web pages and the information or materials downloadable from those sites may be governed by written agreements between VetMed and its content providers.
