This product works wonderful for my dogs I'm worried with all the changes with all the other foods. Please don't change any ingerdents. My dogs can have Dried Beet pulp and the vegetables. So having a hard time find food that they can eat. I see so many other people in my shoes. I just wanted you to know. I know that you are trying to make the food more heathly but you need to keep some that does not have the vegetables and the Dried Beet Pulp in it. February 7, 2013
Product has helped my dog's skin condition 2 years ago my dog started experiencing a skin condition. Medication would help temporarily but the condition would soon return. While getting a second option from another vet, they suggested Science Diet Sensitive Skin. Almost immediately, we noticed an improvement. After a full year, our dog has been completely off the medication hasn't had one episode of the skin reaction that he was experiencing. We also changed all of his treats to your brand as well. It made us start paying attention to the ingredients of various dog food products that were on the market. I cannot believe what some of the "very well-known" brand name competitors will put in their food. Thank you for taking our pet's health seriously and improving his quality of life. January 27, 2013
Favorite dry food This is the only dry food our Shih Tzu will eat. She loves it and it really helps her sensitive skin. I feel good about giving her a high quality food that she enjoys. August 21, 2012
Best dog food ever My dog has always had stomach issues and I had tried many different brands of foods. I read other peoples reviews on this dog food, tried it and I have not had any problems with my dog since. My picky dogs love this I have two young dogs that tend to be very picky about what I feed them. One has skin related issues that the vet has told me are food related, the other does not. Both will tend to eat only as much as they need to when they get very hungry, not matter what I put down. This is the first food that they both eat and actually want more. In the past, they drink lots of water and then eat, now they eat first, want more and drink second. As soon as I bring out the bin with the food, these two dogs start bouncing around the kitchen in anticipation. They both weigh 40+ pounds, and believe me when I say, that is a lot of dog jumping around the kitchen! June 15, 2012
It works! I've been buying Science Diet for my dog since we got him and the vet recommended it and I have no complaints. About a month ago I noticed our pup started scratching a lot and his skin looked dry and flaky. We got him special shampoo which worked for a few days but then he started itching again. So we decided to try the Science Diet Sensitive skin dog food, even though it's a little more expensive than the regular stuff. Since about a week into the food my dogs skin looks much better (no more red irritated spots or dander) and he is not scratching!!! This stuff really works! May 28, 2012

This product is amazing My dog, Abbe y, is allergic to many foods and treats. She would break out in rashes and get infections in her ears all the time.Her vet suggested we try Science Diet for sensative skin. Now she is free if the scratching, rashes and ear problems.Her coat is shiny and her body has filled out nicely.I would recommend this dog food to everyone, it is well worth the money! May 17, 2012
I trust Hills Science Diet I grew up with a chocolate lab who was amazing in every way. She was so sweet and very gentle. She never chewed or jumped and was most certainly a member of the family. All her life she was feed Hills Science Diet Large Breed first the puppy food, than the adult food, and finally the mature adult food. She was healthy her entire life and lived to be almost 16 years old. After she passed I got a golden retriever. She not only has the golden personality, but also a little attitude. I love her dearly and of course started her on Science Diet the day I brought her home. However it turns out she has allergies that cause her to scratch. The vet suggested a sensitive skin formula. I was a little apprehensive to not use what I had always used since I had such a positive experience with it in the past. However, I was ecstatic to learn that Science Diet has a Sensitive Skin formula. Yes, it is a little more expensive and it is not on sale as often as some of the other formulas, but it is what my dog needs and I know that it is the best thing for her. I don't usually review products and while I am comfortable telling others about my experiences I hardly ever recommend a product. But I am more than comfortable recommending this product to other. Good Product for sensitive skin Our 3 yr old Lab has bad allergies, very itchy skin. We have been using SD since we got him and SD SS for over a year. We feel that the quality of the food is excellent and we continue to use it. May 17, 2012
Cleared up Skin Condition This food has really helped my Chocolate Lab. We had used Hill's with our previous Lab and had good results, but were encouraged to try another brand by a so called expert when we got our Chocolate Lab. As a puppy, she did fine on the other brand, but as soon as we switched to the adult formula at a year old, she began having skin conditions, constantly scratching and digging her hair out. Our vet recommended switching to the Hill's Sensitive Skin formula. Immediately, her skin condition started to clear and the scratching stopped. She seems to eat the food well and her skin/coat has returned to normal. The other thing we have noticed is that it takes less food to satisfy her and she digests it better than the other brand she was on. Now, don't get me wrong, the other brand wasn't a cheap food, we were actually paying more for it than the hills because it was supposedly better, but the results are easy to see when we came back to Hill's. I'm very satisfied with the product and would recommend it to anyone. May 17, 2012
I've definetly noticed an improvement. I have 2 Lhasa's that were both constantly chewing thier paws and thighs along with scratching thier ears. I noticed a marked improvement after changing the treats to Hill's Prescription Diet Hypoallergenic Treats and the food to Adult Sensitive Skin. The combination of both products have calmed the chewing and scratching problems. May 16, 2012

Skin problem We have 2 standard Poodles, and our girl has a genitic disorder where the hair glands die and the hair quits growing. She has some hair, bce ,t is sparce, but still soft asher coat should be. Our Vet suggested we use the sinsitive skin formula, and now bot are on the same food. ( a lot easier this way) It seems to help as she has dry crusty spots, but is not scratching or licking constantly. At almost 7 years old, she is still extremely active and no other health concerns. We believe this formula has helpd her maintaiin what hair she has and eliminates her licking & scratching. May 16, 2012

Helps my dogs(2) itching. Science Diet Sensitive Skin has seemed to help my dogs with their itching and flaking. It was recommended by our vet and we have used it ever since. We are members of a no kill shelter and that's the kind of dog food they ask for too. Also for the felines. Someone must be right. May 16, 2012
This product was great for my dog My sheltie would get dry spots on her underneath body. Vet recommend science diet sensitive skin. I started feeding it to my dog. She ate it with know problem. She has never had a skin problem since then and her problem was bad. May 16, 2012
Great Product! My Cowboy is a little over 2 years old now and is doing much better since I switched him to Science Diet/Sensitive Skin about 1 1/2 years ago. As a puppy he was having so many problems with dry, flaky and itchy skin and he was shedding quite a bit. After about 3 months I started noticing a change and a much happier puppy and household. Science Diet - Sensative Skin is GREAT with my Westies! My husband and I have always had Westies - and always fed them Science Diet- Sensative Skin Dry. We have never had skin issues with our Westies. Our family attributes our Westies healthy skin and coat to Science Diet - Sensative Skin Dry. We recommend it to everyone. Recently we tried adding with success, Science Diet Ideal Balance Grain Free to the Sensative Skin - and the "furchildren" LOVE it. Skin and Coat have remained in GREAT shape. May 16, 2012
skin allergy seems better with Sensitive Skin and MEDS Mowgli has done much better with Sensitive Skin and treatment from his Dermatologist for allergy. At times he's been picky about any food and he generally eats this food with gusto--usually with a roated chicken thigh or milk. He's going on 13 years old, but I'm reluctant to try a senior food. Helped with skin irritation. This food greatly reduced the amount of paw licking my dog was doing. My father is a vet and always recommended Science Diet, so when my dog was having irritated skin, we changed to this food. It has been a great help. May 16, 2012

Helped my dog I have four year old mixed-breed dog with a skin condition. She is on medication for this. Science diet Sensitive Skin food really seemed to help. She is scratching less and biting herself less. It is worth a try. May 12, 2012
