Like you, we here at Hill's were deeply distressed by the pet food industry recalls over the last few weeks.
For decades you have trusted us to provide you and your pets with the highest quality pet nutrition in the world. We are truly sorry that a contaminated ingredient was introduced into two of our products, which is unacceptable to all of us who work to improve the health and lives of pets. We want you to know that Hill's is committed to ensuring that all its products are manufactured to the highest standards.
As a precautionary measure, we have withdrawn or recalled all Hill's products containing wheat gluten from the North American market. Science Diet® Savory Cuts® chunk and gravy style canned cat food and Prescription Diet® m/d® Feline dry are the only two products affected. You can continue to feed all other Hill's products with confidence (click here for full list) as they do not contain wheat gluten and are not affected by the recalls.
